NORWALK, CT - June 29, 2005 - OfficePower, L.L.C. today announced the formation of PowerGen Systems, L.L.C., whose primary mission is to service OfficePower’s growing base of Advanced MicroGrid Systems. To date, OfficePower has announced the completion of long-term agreements to provide micro grid systems delivering more than 3.7 megawatts to first class office buildings in the New York Metropolitan area.

Joel R. Wilson, CEO of OfficePower stated: “The formation of PowerGen will help provide the highest and fastest service response rate to our rapidly expanding Advanced MicroGrid installations.” He further added, “We are also in strategic discussions with several New York based service firms that will supplement PowerGen’s activities by allowing it to apply its expertise beyond OfficePower’s installed base.” In addition, “I am also pleased to announce that Tod Cunningham, currently SVP of OfficePower, will become CEO of PowerGen in addition to his roles at OfficePower. Tod’s background in service and operations will be invaluable in growing this critical function.”
