The implementation of OfficePower’s ENERGY
SOLUTION SYSTEM is simple, fast and non-intrusive.
By working closely with our customers throughout the process,
we develop systems that are specific to each
building and directly reflect our customers’ needs.
The first step in this process for most owners
is to select a building to serve as a “pilot project”.
In most instances, this will be a multi-tenant facility that has
a minimum of 100,000 sq ft. of rentable square feet, a diverse tenant
mix and access to natural gas, either currently in the building
or within close proximity.
Following this selection, we will conduct an initial one
hour site inspection that will allow us to determine potential
equipment location(s), possible issues relating to the facility’s
distribution systems and the potential for cogeneration applications.
OfficePower will next analyze the building’s electric and,
if applicable, fuel (natural gas, oil, steam, etc.) bills for the
prior two years. We will share this analysis with the owner and
provide a preliminary proposal that will describe the equipment
that we plan to install, the specific services that we will provide
and the economic benefits of this plan to the owner. Concurrently,
we will also deliver a draft of our standard lease and power supply
agreement.
In most instances, we can have our ENERGY SOLUTION
SYSTEM up and
running in as little as six months from the time of the initial
site inspection.
